Shipping policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

 

Local delivery

 

Free local delivery is available for all orders within 30 driving minutes to our location.

 

Deliveries are made from 8am-6pm on Monday – Friday Excluding major holidays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 

 

In-store pickup

 

You can skip shipping with free local pickup at 74 Bleecker St Gloversville, Ny 12078. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will call you to confirm pick up. 

 

 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9-4 Monday – Friday excluding major holidays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

REFUNDS 

 

The Used Appliance Store does not offer refunds once the appliance is delivered to the location. Please see our Breakdown Protection Plan details below to see how we cover our appliances. 

Standard 90 Day Breakdown Protection Plan For Used Appliances

What This Covers

 

            The 90-day Breakdown Protection plan covers a replacement and/or repair of the purchased appliance only, at the discretion of The Used Appliance Store. If The Used Appliance Store does not have an appliance in stock that can be provided as a replacement a refund will be issued. Eligible replacement conditions include improper function of appliance or failure to function in its intended purpose. A replacement will be provided on the nearest deliver date available and will be replaced with a similar appliance size, color, conditions are subject to inventory. The appliance to replace must be present and retrieved by The Used Appliance Store to qualify for the free replacement. This breakdown protection plan is effective for 90 days from date of delivery and is included free of charge with each appliance purchased unless specified.

 

What this Breakdown Protection Plan Does Not Cover

            Breakdown Protection Plan will not cover the following:

  • Damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, and abuse of appliance.
  • Defects or damages caused by unauthorized service.
  • Broken or missing shelves, gaskets, or handles.
  • Any physical damage.
  • Any tampering, or negligence caused by customer.
  • Damage caused during transport buy any other company or persons besides The Used Appliance Store.

**If a refund is deemed necessary, refunds will be issued as soon as the appliance returned to the warehouse. All refunds can take up to 5 business processing time. Refunds will be issued in the form of payment you had provided to place the order initially.
