Our Appliances

This is a new or like new scratch and dent appliance. These appliances are in working condition and are in new or like new condition. We do our best to provide detailed photos of any cosmetic damage/blemish that may exist on the appliances. Our Scratch and Dent Protection Breakdown Protection Plan

30-Day Breakdown Protection - Our scratch and dent appliances come with a 30-Day Breakdown Protection Plan. This means, if your appliance breaks down within 30-days from delivery date you can get your money back for this appliance. We will send a technician to ensure the unit is inoperable. If we agree the unit is not in working condition, we will refund the original purchase amount within 3-5 business days of regaining possession of the appliance.

1 Year Breakdown Protection – For an additional fee, you can get our 1-year breakdown protection. This means, if your appliance breaks down within 1-year from delivery date you can get your money back for this appliance. We will send a technician to ensure the unit is inoperable. If we agree the unit is not in working condition, we will refund the original purchase amount within 3-5 business days of regaining possession of the appliance.

Delivery

We offer delivery to many counties in and around the capital district. Delivery is free within a 30-mile range of our location in Gloversville, NY.  If your location is out of the 30 -mile range we charge a nominal fee.  Pricing for delivery will be available when you type the delivery zip code in at check out.

Any order placed outside of the counties listed will be subject to cancellation.

Installation/Set Up

We offer free installation/Set Up on our refrigerators, standard ranges, washing machines, and dryers. We do not offer installation on certain appliances like dishwashers, built in ovens, and built-in microwaves. We will deliver these items to the location we are just unable to install.
